- 250 g Maria Lucia Bakes no added sugar granola
- 125 g crunchy almond butter
- 70 g honey
- 45 g coconut oil
- 75 g raisins (optional )
heat oil, honey and almond butter in a small pan for 5 to 10 minutes until melted. Line a rectangular baking dish with baking paper. Mix all ingredients together. Transfer mix into dish. Press firmly to bind mixture. Cut into bar shapes. Place in freezer to set for two hours. After two hours the bars will be firm. Put bars into a ziplock bag and store in fridge.
