Creamy warming gluten free porridge - Just add hot water and allow it to stand for a few mins and then stir. No dairy, the rice flakes add creaminess and a little coconut sugar adds flavour but it is not very sweet. 

Keto friendly porridge alternative – Delicious low carb, unsweetened hot cereal that is simple and quick to make. Gluten free, grain free and vegan. Perfect alternative to bacon and eggs when on a keto diet.

Ingredients: Hemp seeds 28%, almond flour (nuts) 23%, chia seeds, desiccated coconut, milled flaxseed. Allergens in bold. May contain traces of other tree nuts, sulphites and sesame.


You will need: 125 ml water and optional two tablespoons of double cream or nut milk.

Method: Measure out 50g of cereal mix into a saucepan. Pour in water and stir on a low heat for approximately 3 minutes until it reaches the consistency you prefer. Too runny, cook for a little longer or too thick, add more liquid. Once cooked add double cream or nut milk, stir and enjoy.
